Shipping & Returns 🚚

We want you to love your Happy Belt. Here's everything you need to know about getting it to your door — and what happens if it's not quite right.

Shipping

  • Free shipping on orders over R650.
  • Ship to locker (Pudo / Paxi) — R69.
  • Ship to door — R99.
  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days after dispatch.
  • You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

International Shipping

We don't currently ship internationally, but we're working on it. Sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when we expand.

Returns

Not vibing with your belt? No stress. We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
  • To start a return, email us at hello@happybelt.co.za with your order number.
  • We'll provide a return shipping label within 2 business days.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the item.

Exchanges

Wrong size or colour? We'll happily exchange it. Same process as returns — just let us know what you'd like instead and we'll sort it out.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your belt arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll replace it at no extra cost — no questions asked.
